Hotel Policy

  • The meal plan for your selected booking includes Breakfast.
  • The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
  • The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Komet Online will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  • MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: The offer is valid for hotels in India only. The offer is not valid for bookings done using pay at hotel payment method.
  • If guest does not check-in at the hotel upon arriving due to a mismatch between the hotels selected , he must notify the claim within 24 hours of the check-in date in which case he shall be entitled to 100% refund subject to Komet Online validating his claim.
  • The claim can be notified to Komet Online by sending an email to helpdesk@kometonline.com, Komet online shall, within 7 days from the date of claim, investigate the matter and communicate to the customer about the validity of the claim.
  • If the claim is valid , the refund amount will be transferred to the guests account.. this will be communicated through e.mail.
  • This offer is not applicable on any service issues encountered during the hotel stay. The offer is not valid on flights+hotels bookings and rail bookings.
  • In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer, the decision of Komet Online shall be final and binding.
  • Komet Online reserves the right to revoke this offer at any time and without prior notice. Komet Online also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • Komet Onlineā€™s Cancellation policy will be same as that of hotels . Hotels cancellation policy can be viewed while selecting the hotels. In addition to this there will be a service charge of Rs.250 will apply over and above the cancellation amount.
  • If a booking is cancelled or amended by the customer, the hotel will be notified of the changes and the original confirmation email and Booking ID that was generated will become null and void.
  • In case of No Show, total price of reservation will be charged.If a booking is cancelled or changed by the customer, the hotel will be notified of the changes and the original confirmation email and Booking ID that was generated will become null and void.
